The terms and conditions serve as the legal basis for discussions between the consumer and WHY JEWELS.
Safe Purchase:
Any information requested from the customer during the jewelry purchase process will be transmitted solely to the credit card company for the purpose of secure purchasing.
All of our jewelry comes with a gemological certificate containing the jewelry’s details, which is accepted by all insurance companies.
Repairs and Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged product, we offer repair services. The customer has up to 14 days to cancel the order, after which no credit will be issued. Credit will be provided only if the product or its packaging has not been used.
For transactions exceeding 3,000 NIS, the option to cancel the order and/or receive a credit will not be available. The cancellation notice must be sent via email.
Custom-designed jewelry for a customer cannot be canceled.
Delivery:
The delivery time is up to three weeks from the transaction date. We at WHY JEWELS are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Shipping fees are valid only within the borders of the State of Israel. Products can also be shipped internationally, but the rates and delivery times will differ.
